Sales Consultant - Retail Clothing Location Khar Bandra Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail clothing store The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing personalized style advice Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and engaging manner Understand customer preferences and recommend clothing and accessories that meet their style and fit needs Assist customers with product selection fitting rooms and styling suggestions Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain visual merchandising standards including restocking shelves and organizing displays Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale POS system Handle customer questions concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends promotions and product knowledge Support inventory management tasks such as stock receiving tagging and cycle counts Ensure the store is clean organized and compliant with health and safety regulations Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor s degree in fashion or business is a plus 1 year of experience in retail sales preferably in clothing or fashion Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion and styling Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace Basic math skills and experience with POS systems Flexible to work retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
