Job Title Operation Audit Executive Job Purpose To ensure franchise operations compliance through regular audits while driving B2B sales growth by developing and maintaining solid relationships between the factory and franchisees Key Responsibilities Franchise Operation Audit Conduct regular operational audits of franchise units to ensure adherence to brand standards operational procedures and compliance with franchise agreements Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend corrective actions to franchisees Conduct site visits to evaluate franchisee performance inventory management equipment condition and staff compliance Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings risks and recommendations Follow up on audit outcomes to ensure corrective measures are implemented timely Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and key stakeholders to enhance sales growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing production and operations to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing Finance or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise operations audit B2B sales or business development Strong knowledge of franchise business models auditing standards and sales strategies Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings regularly Proficient in MS Office CRM and audit or sales-related software tools Result-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
