Position Summary The Financial Accountant will be responsible for recording analyzing and reporting the project-wise and company s financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies This role involves preparing accurate financial statements tracking project-level accounting and ensuring timely reporting to support decision-making across the company s real estate development operations Key Responsibilities Prepare review and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards IAS and company policies Compile monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including balance sheet income statement and cash flow statements on a project level and company level basis Track and reconcile project-specific costs land acquisition construction financing overhead to ensure budgetary control Assist with financial modeling and reporting for real estate projects including project profitability and ROI analyses Support management with variance analysis financial forecasts and ad-hoc reporting Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA MBA or equivalent preferred 2-5 years of experience in accounting preferably in real estate development construction or related industries Strong knowledge of IAS real estate accounting practices and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel MS Power Point preferred Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace Job Type Full-time Pay 32 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
