Job Summary We are hiring about 4 experienced Accounts Assistants who are willing to work full time to support the finance and accounts operations of our bakery chain comprising 18 branches The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the food beverage or retail sector The incumbent will work as part of a team and report to the head of accounts Key Responsibilities Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry invoicing and reconciliation Maintain branch-wise ledgers and accounts promptly Handle vouchers and bank reconciliations Monitor receivables and payables Support monthly and annual financial closing Assist with GST TDS and other statutory compliance Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors Identify any anomalies in accounting practices and bring them to the attention of their superiors and management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a bakery or multi-branch retail environment Proficient in accounting software - Tally ERP Knowledge of MS Excel Ability to manage time and multi-task across different branch accounts Should uphold high levels of integrity be disciplined punctual and willing to adhere to rules and regulations of the company Preferred Experience in handling accounts for a chain of outlets branches Immediate joiners willing to locate themselves at Pala or nearby areas Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Lalam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Accounting 3 years Required Language Malayalam Required English Preferred Work Location In person
