Job Title Accountant Manager Location SK Translines Pvt Ltd Working Hours 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Salary 15 000 - 20 000 Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant Manager to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting billing compliance and reconciliation activities The role involves coordination with sales transport and operations teams while ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to statutory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Billing Sales Coordination - Prepare review and process sales invoices coordinate with sales teams for timely billing 2 E-Payment Statutory Compliance - Handle online payments ensure timely GST TDS and other statutory compliance 3 Tally Entries Team Coordination - Enter day-to-day transactions in Tally ERP and coordinate with relevant departments 4 Sundry Creditors Personal Accounts - Maintain vendor accounts process payments and update personal accounts 5 GST Management - Assist in GST filing reconciliation and ensuring compliance with GST regulations 6 Bank Branch Reconciliation - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and branch account reconciliations 7 Financial Reporting - Assist in preparing MIS reports balance sheets and profit loss statements 8 Petty Cash Expense Tracking - Manage petty cash maintain expense registers and ensure approvals 9 Transporter Billing Settlements - Verify transporter bills process settlements and reconcile logistics payments 10 Ledger Creation Purchase Bill Entries - Create ledgers for new accounts record purchase invoices in Tally 11 Sales Bill Review E-Invoicing - Review sales bills and ensure e-invoices are generated accurately 12 Team Assistance Guidance - Support senior accountants auditors and provide assistance to junior staff when required 13 Record Keeping Documentation - Maintain accounting records vouchers and financial documentation for audit readiness 14 General Guidelines - Follow company accounting policies maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of tasks Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
