capabilities Maintain accurate documentation of the application portfolio including lifecycle status dependencies and associated risks Provide training and support to teams during transitions promoting effective adoption of new applications and processes Ensure all rationalization activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with a focus on application management or rationalization Proven experience in conducting application portfolio assessments and developing rationalization strategies Strong understanding of application lifecycle management IT architecture and business process improvement Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams through change Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
