Job Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality management systems policies and procedures for products Ensure operations and products adhere to internal quality standards best practices and regulatory R D PMT requirements QA QC and Production teams Conduct internal and external audits and inspections for process assessment improvement and compliance Analyze quality data for trends corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality Investigate quality issues perform root cause analysis and make data-driven decisions Provide leadership guidance mentorship to QA QC and Production teams Prepare and maintain high-quality reports documents and records related to quality operations and metrics Collaborate with other departments manufacturing and sales to align quality standards and drive initiatives Guide the Production team for better and sustainable practices Check and oversee all factory operations prepare the monthly MIS report covering production quality and efficiency and submit it to the reporting authority Experience and Education Experience Required 4-6 years of experience on a similar profile in Ayurvedic Pharma manufacturing company Education Required M Pharm B Pharm Ayu B Sc M Sc B pharm M pharm Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
