Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company s social media presence The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness improve marketing efforts and drive engagement across platforms Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals Create curate and publish engaging content text images videos reels stories etc on all social platforms Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter X YouTube etc Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns Track analyze and report social media performance engagement reach leads conversions Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices trends tools and platforms Collaborate with marketing design and content teams to maintain brand consistency Engage with followers respond to queries and manage online community interactions Monitor competitors social media activities and identify growth opportunities Suggest and implement new ideas to grow the brand s online presence Requirements Skills Proven experience as a Social Media Manager Social Media Executive or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and analytics tools Experience with content creation copywriting and basic graphic video editing Familiarity with social media advertising platforms Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads etc Excellent communication and writing skills Solid organizational time-management and multitasking abilities Creativity strategic thinking and attention to detail Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with tools like Canva Adobe Suite Buffer Hootsuite or similar Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience in influencer outreach and collaborations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
