We are Hiring The Lab Incharge at REMEX Medical Centre is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the diagnostic laboratory This includes managing lab staff ensuring accurate and timely testing maintaining equipment enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with medical and quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise lab technicians and ensure smooth workflow Oversee sample collection processing and accurate reporting of test results Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Manage lab inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies Maintain proper documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications Skills Diploma BSc MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and lab software Attention to detail leadership and positive communication skills Familiarity with NABL or other healthcare quality standards is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
