Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing traditional Indian tandoori dishes ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment Key Responsibilities Tandoor Cooking Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes including meats seafood breads and vegetables using traditional Indian spices and techniques Marination Marinate ingredients to enhance flavor and tenderness adhering to authentic recipes Tandoor Operation Operate and maintain the tandoor oven ensuring it is at the correct temperature and in good working condition Quality Control Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure dishes are cooked properly and meet quality standards Food Safety Hygiene Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment Inventory Management Assist in managing inventory for the tandoor section ensuring availability of key ingredients such as spices marinades and charcoal Team Collaboration Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes Menu Development Contribute to menu planning and the development of current tandoori dishes Qualifications Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass or equivalent culinary training is a plus Skills Strong knowledge of Indian breads and tandoor-based dishes ability to work under pressure during busy hours good teamwork and communication skills Location Candidates located in or willing to relocate are preferred How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and a brief cover letter or apply directly through the Indeed platform Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
