Key Responsibilities Sales Customer Service Assist customers in selecting jewellery providing detailed information about product features pricing and after-sales services Ensure exceptional customer service building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers Achieve individual and showroom sales targets Store Management Oversee daily operations of the showroom including opening closing managing inventory and cash handling Ensure the showroom is clean well-organized and visually appealing Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Team Leadership Support the Showroom Manager in leading mentoring and training the sales team Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom Foster a positive and productive work environment Inventory Management Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of jewellery pieces Conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment of products Collaborate with the procurement team to address stock-related issues Marketing Promotions Assist in executing promotional activities customer engagement initiatives and special events Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings Customer Relations Handle customer queries complaints and requests efficiently Ensure all customer transactions are recorded and reported accurately Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree retail management or a related field 5-8 years of experience in retail sales preferably in the jewellery sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to meet sales targets Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of jewellery products gemstones metals and market trends is a plus Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software Interested Candidate can share the resume Email Hiring ejindia com Contact (phone hidden) J Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
