Job description Company Santecare Fast Pvt Ltd Position Facility and Roster Coordinator Location Ahmedabad Aligned with Australian Time Zones Santecare Fast Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and communicative Facility and Roster Coordinator to manage daily scheduling and facility operations for our disability support services aligned with Australian clients This role is ideally suited for a candidate with strong English communication skills proficiency in Excel and experience in roster and shift coordination The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment Roster Management Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly rosters for support workers Coordinate shift changes replacements and ensure shift coverage at all times Communicate roster updates and changes to staff in a timely manner Track staff availability leave and attendance Facility Coordination Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics across SIL SDA and respite homes Ensure smooth coordination of appointments home maintenance utilities and supply management Liaise with team members in Australia to provide remote support for facility-related tasks Communication Documentation Communicate effectively with team members support staff and management in fluent English Maintain accurate records of shift logs communications and scheduling documentation Prepare and update Excel reports related to staffing and facility schedules Excellent verbal and written communication in English Strong command of Microsoft Excel scheduling formulas formatting Minimum 1 year of experience in roster facility coordination or similar role Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively Organized dependable and detail-oriented Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve reporting processes Team Player Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams across time zones Adaptability Willingness to work flexible hours based on Australian business needs This is a full-time position aligned with Australian time zones 4 00 AM - 1 00 PM October - March 5 00 AM - 2 00 PM April - September Saturday Working Hours 7 30 AM - 11 30 AM Flexibility to work from home during Indian public holidays Competitive salary and advantages package A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Exposure to international operations and best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have at least 1 year of experience in roster or facility coordination Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel including using formulas and formatting for scheduling Are you comfortable working full-time in the Australian time zone 5 00 AM - 2 00 PM IST Can you confidently communicate in both written and spoken English Have you managed shift changes replacements and tracked staff availability in your previous role Work Location In person
