We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Scheduler Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining project schedules ensuring precise planning and timely execution of our construction and interior fit-out projects Key Responsibilities Develop monitor and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 software Collaborate with project managers site teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling Identify critical paths potential delays and resource conflicts within project timelines Prepare and present regular progress reports schedule analyses and forecasts to management Assist in the development of project plans including scope objectives and resource requirements Contribute to risk management by identifying scheduling risks and proposing mitigation strategies Ensure all scheduling activities align with project goals and company standards Qualifications and Skills 1-3 years of experience in the core construction or interior fit-out field Proficiency in operating Microsoft Project is essential Proficiency in operating Primavera P6 is essential Solid understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
