Job Title Marketing Manager Location Motera Ahmedabad Experience Required 6 to 8 Years Employment Type Full time Company Overview We are a fast-growing real estate company in Ahmedabad focused on delivering residential and industrial projects that blend quality with innovation As we expand our footprint we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across both offline and online channels Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote real estate projects Design and execute 360 marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and drive leads Analyze market trends competitor strategies and customer behavior to optimize marketing activities Digital Marketing Manage SEO SEM Google Ads and paid campaigns to generate leads Lead social media marketing across platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc Coordinate with digital agencies for content creation creatives and ad performance Track and optimize website traffic lead generation forms and engagement metrics Offline Marketing Plan and execute hoardings newspaper ads FM radio promotions and event branding Organize site events roadshows exhibitions and channel partner meets Monitor and ensure ROI on offline campaigns Lead Management Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking Maintain CRM updates and marketing reports Conduct post-campaign analysis to refine future strategies Branding Communication Oversee the development of brochures videos site branding and other marketing collaterals Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns Key Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector preferred or related industries Proven expertise in both offline and online marketing strategies Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus Excellent communication analytical and project management skills Ability to lead a team and coordinate with external vendors agencies Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
