Job Title Assistant Account Finance Manager SAP Knowledge Location Chakan Experience 3-9 Years Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in accounting Finance or related field CA ICWA Inter preferred Compensation As per market standard We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Account Finance Manager with solid proficiency in SAP B1 module to support our finance operations The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities ensure statutory compliance support audits and help drive process improvements using SAP systems Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable receivable general ledger bank reconciliation and fixed assets Monitor cash flow budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure GST TDS PF ESI Income Tax and other statutory filings are done timely and accurately Handle internal and external audits ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Generate reports and dashboards using SAP FICO module for management review Support the Finance Manager in finalization of accounts and year-end closing activities Coordinate with other departments to streamline and automate financial processes using SAP Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Assist in cost control and cost optimization initiatives Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in accounting Finance or related field CA ICWA Inter preferred 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance Hands-on experience in SAP B1 module is mandatory Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards taxation laws and statutory compliances Proficient in MS Excel Tally optional and other financial software tools Good communication and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Exposure to ERP implementation or migration projects Knowledge of import export documentation and banking transactions Experience in manufacturing or trading industry if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable handling GST TDS PF and other filings Experience Account Finance 3 years Required SAP B1 module 3 years Required
