We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for engaging with customers over the phone As a Telecaller you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients providing information about our products or services and assisting in generating sales or leads Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our services or products Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients Handle customer complaints or objections professionally Meet daily and monthly targets High school diploma or equivalent bachelor s degree is a plus Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English Hindi Local Language as required Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
