Job Title IT Project Manager Experience - 2 to 5 years Job Summary The IT Project Manager will oversee planning execution and delivery of technology projects within the organization The ideal candidate has a robust background in IT excellent knowledge of software development and design tools and proven experience in managing client expectations coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met With at least two years of hands-on project management experience in a similar workplace the candidate must be adept at translating technical requirements into practical project goals Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Develop detailed project plans including timelines deliverables and resource allocation Coordinate with technical and creative teams to align project objectives with business requirements Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to ensure timely completion Software Development Design Oversight Utilize strong expertise in software development tools such as version control systems integrated development environments automated testing frameworks etc to guide project technicalities Oversee the use of design tools e g UX UI design software wireframing applications prototyping tools to ensure that all technical designs meet client and stakeholder requirements Collaborate with developers designers and quality assurance teams to ensure the technical integrity and usability of project outputs Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for client communications ensuring clear and consistent messaging regarding project expectations progress and challenges Facilitate regular client meetings generate progress reports and manage client feedback Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to support ongoing project needs and potential future engagements Team Leadership Coordination Lead cross-functional teams by setting clear goals defining roles and ensuring collaborative decision-making Mentor team members delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes manage dependencies and drive project efficiency Risk Management Quality Assurance Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Establish quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices Reporting Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and post-project evaluations Present key metrics milestones and insights to senior management and stakeholders Required Qualifications and Experience Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager within the IT department of the same company or similar environment Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end software development projects Technical Skills Proficiency in software development tools such as Git JIRA PHP Laravel Flutter or similar platforms Solid understanding of design tools like Sketch Figma Adobe XD or related applications Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client coordination Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing technical teams Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 30 07 2025
