Job Title Inventory Executive Location South Delhi Candidates residing nearby preferred Experience Required 3-5 years Employment Typea Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented active and experienced Inventory Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records stock reconciliation and handling day-to-day inventory operations using advanced Excel tools and Tally software Candidates should have hands-on experience in preparing MRN Material Receipt Note and GRN Goods Receipt Note Key Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records accurately on a daily basis Prepare and manage MRN GRN and issue slips Conduct periodic stock reconciliation to identify discrepancies Track and manage stock movement inward and outward across locations Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for timely entries and verifications Use Advanced Excel tools VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc for inventory analysis and reporting Operate Tally software to manage inventory entries and support accounting needs Ensure inventory is stored and handled properly to minimize loss or damage Assist in audits and physical inventory checks Demonstrate proactiveness and activeness in day-to-day inventory tasks Key Requirements 3-5 years of proven experience in inventory management Solid command over Advanced Excel functions Hands-on experience in MRN GRN and stock reconciliation Tally knowledge is a must Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills High level of activeness and ownership in responsibilities Should be residing in or near South Delhi for easy commute Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
