Job Title Architect Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Architect to join our team in Thane The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of township planning of villas commercial residential and institutional buildings The Project Architect will work closely with clients engineers vendors and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural plans 3d models renders and working drawings and details for Township villas commercial residential and institutional projects Oversee the Execution of work ensuring that they are built according to the drawings and specifications with regular organized site visits Collaborate with engineers contractors and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards Research and implement recent materials building systems and design methods to improve the efficiency safety and aesthetic appeal of buildings Review and approve project proposals budgets and contracts Mentor and guide junior architects and interns providing them with technical guidance advice and support Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements Attend meetings with clients contractors and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise Solves complex design problems through schematic design and design development Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Urban Planning from a recognized institution Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in designing and overseeing the execution of commercial residential and institutional buildings Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of architectural principles concepts and standards Proficient in using CAD software- Autocad rendering softwares like Sketchup Lumion Photoshop V-ray as well as other design tools Ability to read and interpret technical documents reports area statements building codes and regulations Strong communication organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and lead a team as well Willingness to travel to project sites as required Flexibility to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Collaborative and team-conscious If you are an Architect with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and overseeing the construction of buildings we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
