We re looking for a proactive and student-focused Telecaller to support admissions for our premium online programs and on-campus UG PG programs The role requires someone confident on the phone capable of engaging high-intent inquiries understanding student needs and ensuring a seamless handover to Academic Counsellors for further guidance and enrollment What You ll Do Make outbound calls to prospective students parents and working professionals who have shown interest in our online or on-campus programs Explain program details clearly curriculum fees admission steps outcomes and timelines Qualify leads and identify whether they are suitable for online programs or UG PG campus programs Schedule counselling sessions campus tours or virtual meetings with Academic Counsellors Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM call logs lead status follow-up notes and outcomes Ensure timely follow-ups with warm and hot leads to maintain interest and drive movement down the funnel Coordinate with the Admissions team to share insights on lead quality and student queries Support admissions events open houses education fairs info sessions through call-based invitations and confirmations What We re Looking For 2-5 years of telecalling inside sales customer service or admissions support experience Strong communication skills in English Hindi additional regional languages are an advantage Ability to confidently explain program offerings and handle student parent queries Comfortable making high-volume high-quality follow-up calls Good listening skills with the ability to qualify and route leads appropriately Basic computer and CRM usage skills Must be willing to work full time on-site in Mumbai Traits That Make You a Strong Fit Clear confident and friendly communicator Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups Energetic persuasive and student-focused Organized and consistent with daily calling tasks Positive attitude with strong people skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 350 000 00 per year Work Location In person
