Prasanthi Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer for the Kollam location with a robust background in PMC for mid-rise building projects The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in MEP systems and STP operations strong coordination skills and the ability to drive project success in fast-paced construction environments DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 4-6 years of professional experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP engineering if license holder added advantage Bachelor s degree B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution Strong technical expertise in HVAC system design and installation STP operations maintenance and compliance Plumbing system design and installation Reatiler Fitout Co-ordination Electrical system design and installation Firefighting system design and installation High-rise building systems and structural integration ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design install test and maintain HVAC plumbing electrical firefighting systems and STP systems as well as systems associated with mid-rise building structures Taking over operations from the Projects team Ensure full compliance with industry standards safety guidelines and regulatory requirements for all MEP works Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress assess work quality and identify potential issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical queries and develop effective engineering solutions Prepare detailed designs drawings and documentation for MEP systems in accordance with project specifications Responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure efficient performance and compliance with regulations BENEFITS A competitive salary reflecting the candidate s experience skills and performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
