About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 2 5-3 years of hands-on experience in an advertising firm or digital marketing industry The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling 8-10 clients simultaneously coordinating smoothly between teams and ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables Key Responsibilities Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all client requests are completed on time Understand client requirements clearly and coordinate tasks with design content and social media team Manage end-to-end account operations including timelines deliverables budgets and daily task tracking Ensure all digital marketing deliverables Social Media Google Ads SEO activities Content etc are executed as per schedule Do content Strategies for the respective clients allotted Act as the primary communication point for assigned clients maintaining excellent relationships and regular updates Track daily progress update status reports and share them with clients and management Identify competitor strategies and contribute new ideas for campaign improvement Conduct regular internal follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines Efficiently manage 8-10 client accounts with strong multitasking and coordination skills Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Mass Communication Journalism Mass Communication with Video Production or a related field 2 5-3 years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency Valuable understanding of Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads basic SEO and Social Media Marketing Strong communication coordination and client-handling skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management capability Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and related project management tools Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Thiruvananthapuram Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current monthly salary What is your monthly salary expectation What is your notice period In Day Experience Project Coordinator in a Digital Marketing Agency 2 years Required Work Location In person
