Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end student admission processes across all BSVT campuses Handle student inquiries through calls emails walk-ins and social media Provide academic counseling to prospective students and parents to help them choose the right program Conduct presentations and student engagement programs in colleges ITIs and polytechnic institutions Maintain admissions dashboards enquiry follow-ups and ensure target achievement Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities Support in organizing admission campaigns seminars and career guidance events Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for enrolled students Maintain professional and positive relationships with stakeholders Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher Education Business Engineering background preferred Minimum 4-6 years experience in admissions counseling in a college or training institution Strong communication and presentation skills English Kannada Hindi Skills Ability to handle student queries and convert leads into admissions Proficiency in MS Office and CRM-based admission tracking Self-driven target-oriented and ability to work with teams Experience in career counseling and student support services Ability to travel for field visits institutional tie-ups and recruitment drives Good convincing skills and solid customer relationship management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
