We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team This role is responsible for generating current business opportunities nurturing leads and driving revenue by promoting our products and services to prospective clients primarily through phone calls emails and online meetings Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and introduce appropriate solutions Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT solutions L1 L2 support infrastructure setup cloud cybersecurity etc Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to develop and send proposals Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and market research Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and support Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer interactions Follow up on prospective leads and drive them through the sales funnel Maintain strong knowledge of the company s offerings Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign follow-ups Requirements Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong phone presence and ability to make dozens of calls per day Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Job Type Full-time Pay 250 000 00 - 856 222 90 per year Work Location In person
