- QC Executive QC Technician Department Quality Control QC Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 1 to 2 Years Location Por Vadodara Gujarat Industry CT PT Manufacturing Electrical Components Manufacturing Role Overview The QC Executive will be responsible for inspecting testing and ensuring the quality of raw materials in-process components and finished CT PT products The role requires attention to detail basic technical knowledge and the ability to follow industry standards Key Responsibilities Perform incoming material inspection verifying quality as per specifications Conduct in-process inspection during manufacturing of CT PT components Carry out final inspection before dispatch and ensure compliance with standards Maintain QC documentation reports and test records Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge Megger HV Tester etc Identify defects and communicate with production for corrective actions Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality guidelines Assist in calibration and upkeep of all QC instruments Support QA QC auditors during internal and external audits Skills Required Knowledge of mechanical measurements and inspection tools Basic understanding of CT PT manufacturing processes preferred Good documentation and reporting skills Ability to read engineering drawings Problem-solving and analytical ability Teamwork and coordination skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
