Job summary We are seeking an experienced Manager - Design MEP to lead and oversee the design and coordination of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems for our residential real estate projects in Pune India The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and proven management skills to ensure the successful completion of design projects within the specified time and budget Key Responsibilities MEP Design Oversight Lead the MEP design process ensuring that designs are accurate functional and compliant with all relevant codes and standards Project Coordination Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design Quality Assurance Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of MEP system design and execution Budget Management Manage and control design budgets ensuring that MEP designs are cost-effective and within allocated resources Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of junior designers and engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Software Proficiency AutoCAD MS-Office Key Requirements Experience 7-12 years of experience in MEP design and management specifically within the real estate or construction industry Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
