Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and skilled Waterproofing Professional to manage and execute waterproofing works at various project sites The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of waterproofing systems site execution material handling and client coordination Roles and Responsibilities Technical Site Execution Plan and execute all types of waterproofing works terrace basement retaining wall roof slab wet areas expansion joints etc Supervise and monitor application of waterproofing systems such as membrane coating PU coating integral waterproofing grouting and injection methods Check site readiness substrate preparation and ensure surface treatment before waterproofing Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during execution Coordinate with site engineers contractors and clients to ensure timely project completion Conduct site inspections and testing to confirm work quality and performance Material Management Estimate material quantities based on drawings and work area Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery Maintain proper stock records and daily consumption logs Ensure correct usage of materials as per approved specifications Documentation Reporting Prepare daily progress reports and site inspection reports Maintain photographic records of ongoing and completed works Assist in preparing work completion and quality assurance documents Report site progress and challenges to the Project Operations Manager regularly Client Coordination Attend site meetings with clients consultants and contractors Address technical queries and provide waterproofing solutions Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining quality and timely completion Qualifications Skills Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent 2-6 years of experience in waterproofing works Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials Dr Fixit Sika Fosroc BASF etc Ability to read drawings and prepare work estimates Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel to various project sites Salary Based on experience and performance Negotiable Benefits PF ESI Insurance as applicable Site Allowance Travel Reimbursement Performance Incentives Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
