Job Title Head of Project Business - Engineering Construction Location Noida India Role Overview We are looking for an experienced leader to head the Projects Business Unit driving EPC Engineering Procurement Construction initiatives in the energy and infrastructure space The role requires a blend of strategic vision business acumen and operational expertise to deliver large-scale engineering and construction projects Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Projects Business Unit Lead annual business planning and set financial operational and growth targets Drive business development partnerships and expansion in energy and infrastructure sectors Business Development Client Relations Oversee business development and sales to ensure a strong order pipeline Build long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders Represent the company at forums tenders and alliances Develop strategies for EPC project bidding budgeting and profitability Project Execution Operations Ensure timely cost-effective and quality execution of EPC projects Support project leaders in risk management digital adoption and operational excellence Review KPIs and take corrective action as required Financial Compliance Oversight Full P L ownership including revenues margins collections and working capital Ensure compliance with statutory and industry standards Collaborate on budgeting audits and cost optimization Team Leadership Governance Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across project management procurement HSE and accounts Foster a performance-driven culture with defined KPIs Build technical and leadership capacity through L D initiatives Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering MBA preferred 20-25 years of EPC Engineering Construction experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership Proven track record of P L management and delivery of large-scale projects Strong understanding of energy and infrastructure sectors retail outlets LNG EV charging terminals pipelines etc International exposure is an advantage Proficiency in project management tools MS Project Primavera Lean Agile Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills Core Competencies Strategic Thinking Business Acumen Project Delivery Excellence P L and Financial Management Leadership Team Development Client Engagement Negotiation Risk Management Governance Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge What We Offer Competitive leadership compensation 35 LPA incentives Autonomy to shape and grow a high-potential business unit Career growth opportunities in a scaling future-focused organisation Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative environment Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 3 000 000 00 - 3 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
