Job Summary The Store Executive in the Sheet Metal Industry is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials such as sheet metal fasteners welding consumables tools and finished goods The role involves maintaining accurate records ensuring timely issuance and receipt of materials and coordinating with production purchase and quality departments to support smooth operations Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials such as sheet metal various grades and thicknesses tools hardware etc Inspect and verify quality and quantity of incoming materials as per purchase orders Properly label and store materials in designated areas with FIFO First-In-First-Out system Issue materials to production based on material requisition slips Maintain accurate stock records manually and or in ERP systems e g SAP Tally or customized ERP Conduct daily weekly and monthly stock reconciliations and audits Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indents for replenishment Handle scrap material and coordinate with the concerned department for disposal Ensure the store area is clean organized and complies with safety standards Coordinate with suppliers purchase team and quality department for any material discrepancies Maintain tools inventory and track tool issuance return if applicable Contact Number - (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 11 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
