We are seeking a passionate and skilled Video Editing Trainer cum Editor to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students on video editing tools and techniques as well as working on real-time editing projects for our internal and client-based requirements Key Responsibilities As a Trainer Conduct classroom and or online training sessions on video editing software e g Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve After Effects Design and update course materials tutorials and practical assignments Guide students on editing techniques storytelling transitions effects sound mixing color grading and rendering Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to students Evaluate student performance and provide improvement suggestions Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content As a Video Editor Edit raw footage into polished video content for marketing training events or social media Add graphics animations sound effects and music as required Collaborate with content creators marketers and production teams Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality edits within deadlines Maintain organized storage of raw files and project files Key Skills Qualifications Proficiency in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of post-production workflows and file formats Basic knowledge of audio editing and color correction Positive communication and presentation skills for teaching Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is a plus Creativity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Degree Diploma in Film Editing Multimedia Mass Communication or related field Experience in motion graphics is an added advantage Knowledge of YouTube social media editing styles and trends Job Type Full-time Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Work Location In person
