Job Title Purchase Executive Store Incharge Location Almas Hospital City State Employment Type Full-time About Us Almas Hospital is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering quality medical services with compassion and excellence We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive and Store Incharge to strengthen our procurement and inventory management functions 1 Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hospital procurement processes medical surgical and general items Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply Maintain vendor relations contracts and performance evaluation Process purchase orders quotations and approvals in line with hospital policies Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with departments to avoid shortages Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Commerce Business Administration or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare procurement preferred Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of hospital supplies and materials Excellent communication and computer proficiency MS Office ERP systems 2 Store Incharge Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hospital store operations Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels Ensure proper storage handling and issuance of medicines and materials Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations Coordinate with purchase and user departments for stock planning Implement FIFO FEFO methods to minimize wastage and expiry Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Materials Management or related field 2-3 years of experience in hospital healthcare stores Strong knowledge of inventory management systems Attention to detail organizational and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Purchase Executive Store Incharge 2 years Required Work Location In person
