Job Title Factory Supervisor We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor The role involves managing production schedules ensuring quality standards supervising workers and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are met Maintain quality control by checking processes and finished products Ensure machines tools and equipment are in proper working condition coordinate maintenance as needed Train guide and motivate workers to achieve productivity and safety goals Enforce health safety and company policies on the shop floor Manage raw material usage minimize waste and ensure proper inventory handling Prepare daily weekly production reports for management review Resolve workplace issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary Continuously implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction Requirements Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related field preferred Proven experience in factory production supervision Solid leadership communication and organizational skills Knowledge of production machinery processes and safety standards Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic computer skills MS Office ERP knowledge preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 107 307 49 per month
