- Tender Executive Technical Location Gurugram Haryana Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Tender Executive Technical to manage end-to-end tendering activities The role involves preparing reviewing and submitting technical and commercial bids coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with tender requirements for government and private sector projects Key Responsibilities Identify track and evaluate tender opportunities Government e-Marketplace PSU portals e-tender platforms etc Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents Ensure compliance with tender requirements eligibility criteria and documentation Coordinate with technical finance and operations teams for accurate data Review BOQs drawings specifications and scope of work Handle pre-bid queries clarifications and tender amendments Maintain a tender tracker and documentation repository Liaise with clients consultants and vendors for tender-related communication Support contract negotiations agreements and follow-ups after tender submission Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Technical Commerce Business preferred B Tech Diploma or relevant field 2-5 years of experience in tendering bidding or contracts technical projects preferred - EPC construction solar electrical HVAC IT etc Strong knowledge of government tender portals GeM CPPP eProcurement etc Excellent MS Office skills Excel Word PowerPoint Strong attention to detail documentation and compliance Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Background Candidates from engineering infrastructure EPC IT solar or manufacturing industries Experience in handling technical-commercial tenders If interested please share your resume to pooja gupta prostarm com Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
