Purpose of Position To ensure MEP systems electrical plumbing HVAC fire safety are technically sound coordinated and integrated with civil and architectural works Major Responsibilities Review and validate all MEP designs and BOQs Check for energy efficiency safety and compliance with codes Ensure smooth integration of services into towers and bungalows Approve design changes during execution Support testing and commissioning of systems Qualification and Experience Graduate of Electrical Mechanical Engineering masters preferably in Electrical Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential Commercial institutional buildings Skills Qualities Deep knowledge of MEP design and site execution Robust coordination with civil architectural teams Awareness of sustainability and efficiency practices Proactive problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal skills Should have good leadership abilities and skills Should be able to manage a team under him Should have a pleasing personality Good communication skills
