About Company This Free Trade Warehousing Zone FTWZ located near Jawaharlal Nehru Port JNPT in Navi Mumbai India offers state-of-the-art warehousing solutions including temperature-controlled facilities and streamlined regulations to facilitate both domestic and international trade It caters primarily to global industries such as electronics pharmaceuticals and chemicals The facility has been awarded the prestigious Platinum certification by the Indian Green Building Council IGBC for its sustainable infrastructure making it the first FTWZ in India to achieve this distinction An Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory operations holding a bachelor s degree and having hands-on experience in inventory management Key Competencies Ensure accurate cargo inventory tracking for each client Develop and maintain an effective inventory tracking system to streamline warehouse operations Communicate regularly with the Warehouse Manager regarding current stock levels and any potential inventory issues Conduct daily analysis to forecast potential inventory shortages or overstock situations Report on inventory activities discrepancies and variances Assess incoming inventory to ensure it is properly documented and ready for shipping or delivery Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency Supervise a team of inventory or warehouse employees and monitor their performance Manage the inventory tracking system to accurately record deliveries shipments and current stock levels Evaluate deliveries shipments and stock levels to continuously improve inventory control processes Analyze daily product and supply levels to proactively address potential inventory issues Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and clients Oversee the training of recent employees on inventory procedures and systems Conduct regular inventory checks-bi-weekly monthly and quarterly-to ensure accuracy and accountability
