Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory and stock control in our store warehouse The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving storing issuing and tracking materials supplies or merchandise while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials goods and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes Properly store materials in designated areas ensuring safety and easy retrieval Maintain accurate records of stock movement using manual registers or inventory software Issue materials to departments teams as per requisitions and update inventory logs accordingly Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department of low stock or reordering needs Ensure proper labeling tagging and identification of all stored items Coordinate with procurement accounts and project site teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store warehouse Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Commerce Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping inventory control or warehouse operations Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and inventory management software e g Tally SAP Zoho etc Good knowledge of stockkeeping and material handling procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina for lifting moving or inspecting materials if required Preferred Skills Experience in customize for industry e g construction material management real estate project sites retail stockrooms Familiarity with barcode scanners and digital inventory systems Understanding of basic accounting or GRN Goods Receipt Note processes Compensation Benefits Market-competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Paid leave and statutory benefits Opportunities for growth and skill development Uniforms transport or meal allowance if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
