Qualifications Experience Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Automobile Electrical Mechatronics Engineering 1-3 years of experience in service support of earthmoving construction heavy equipment Experience in both diesel and electric equipment will be an added advantage Willingness to travel extensively and work at project construction sites Key Responsibilities Provide on-site service support including installation commissioning inspection troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance of equipment Diagnose technical problems mechanical hydraulic electrical and electronic and recommend effective solutions Coordinate with the service manager and head office for complex cases requiring escalation Maintain proper documentation of service reports warranty claims and customer feedback Train operators and customer staff on safe equipment handling and basic troubleshooting Skills Competencies Required Robust technical knowledge in heavy construction machinery diesel engines hydraulics electrical electronic systems Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently at remote customer sites Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic computer skills MS Office reporting tools diagnostic software Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
