Job Purpose To supervise and manage the construction of RCC drains manholes culverts and related civil works at site ensuring quality safety and timely execution as per project requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day execution of drain and utility works at site Ensure line level slope and finishing of RCC drains as per drawings Monitor excavation shuttering reinforcement concreting and curing activities Coordinate with engineers for drawings material requirements and inspections Maintain work progress records manpower and daily site reports Ensure safety of workers and adherence to quality standards Solve site-level issues and report hindrances to the Project Site Engineer Guide workers and subcontractors for effective and productive work Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of RCC drains utility works and civil construction Ability to read and understand drawings levels and cross-sections Team handling and leadership skills Basic record-keeping and communication skills Awareness of safety practices Qualifications Experience Diploma ITI in Civil Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum 4-6 years experience in drainage utility civil works road projects preferred Work Conditions Site-based role requires working outdoors Extended hours may be required as per project needs Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Experience RCC Drain 4 years Required Work Location In person
