Dear Candidate We have an urgent requirement for PFT Tech Location Andheri Experience 3 years Qualification Graduate Key Responsibilities Patient Preparation Explain the testing procedures to patients obtain their medical history and ensure they are comfortable during the test Equipment Operation Operate and calibrate specialized PFT equipment such as spirometers and body boxes to ensure accuracy and functionality Test Administration Conduct various pulmonary function tests including spirometry and lung volume measurements by instructing patients on correct breathing techniques Data Management Accurately record analyze and document test results for physicians to review Equipment Maintenance Perform routine maintenance troubleshooting and sterilization of the PFT equipment to ensure patient safety and equipment longevity Patient Monitoring Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during the testing procedures Communication Collaborate with patients physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide clear information and accurate data Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Proficiency in operating and maintaining complex PFT equipment Interpersonal Skills Solid ability to communicate effectively with patients and build rapport Organizational Skills Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data recording and test administration Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and adapt to dynamic work environments Education An Associate s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field is often required Certification Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR certification and specialty credentials in PFT may be necessary or desirable for employment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 281 637 55 - 650 292 50 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
