Key Responsibilities Plan organize and supervise daily logistics operations including loading and unloading of goods at warehouses depots and customer sites Manage inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper stacking storage and safe handling of goods Ensure proper manpower allocation for loading unloading activities and monitor productivity Monitor vehicle scheduling route planning and fleet utilization Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movement in coordination with warehouse staff Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and statutory regulations during handling loading and unloading operations Resolve logistics issues and handle escalations with clients drivers and vendors Develop cost-reduction strategies and optimize resource utilization Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle movement loading unloading performance and operational efficiency Lead train and motivate logistics staff to achieve operational goals Qualifications Skills Graduate in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field 2 years of experience in logistics transport or warehouse management Strong knowledge of loading unloading procedures safety and labor management Excellent leadership planning and team management skills Proficient in MS Office and logistics ERP software Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines job Details Salary 10 000 - 15 000 per month Timing 9 30 AM - 7 30 PM Location SK Translines Pvt Ltd Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
