Responsibilities Plan schedule and oversee dispatch activities for both domestic and export orders Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices packing lists delivery challans e-way bills shipping bills and export documentation Coordinate with logistics partners transporters and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking packing and labeling Ensure proper packaging and handling of laboratory furniture equipment and kits to prevent damage during transit Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams Maintain accurate records of dispatches returns and pending deliveries Ensure compliance with statutory requirements customs and export procedures Resolve dispatch-related issues and communicate effectively with customers and internal departments Work closely with the sales purchase and accounts team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Any Graduate in Commerce Logistics Supply Chain or related field 1 year of experience in dispatch logistics operations preferably in trading export companies Freshers can also apply Experience in handling laboratory or technical products will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month
