A visa filling officer provides guidance to clients reviews and prepares visa applications ensures all client documentation is complete and accurate and manages the entire visa application process including submission to consulates and follow-up They are responsible for staying current on immigration laws and regulations to guide clients effectively through visa requirements Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Provide information guidance and support to clients on visa requirements and procedures for various countries Document Management Collect review and verify supporting documents from clients to ensure they meet specific embassy or high commission requirements Application Preparation Accurately prepare and complete all necessary visa application forms and paperwork Process Management Manage the end-to-end visa application filing process including scheduling appointments and submitting applications Communication Act as a single point of contact for clients providing updates and following up on application status Compliance Ensure all applications and supporting documents comply with the latest visa and immigration policies and regulations Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of visa submissions and approvals for internal tracking Job Type Full time Work Location In person
