Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities This role requires a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with current and existing clients Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts pricing and close deals with clients Collaborate with marketing product and support teams to align strategies Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management Mentor and support junior sales team members when required Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA is a plus 5 years of experience in sales preferably in a senior or lead role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Skills Industry-specific knowledge Chemical Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund
