We are seeking a Transmission Engineer to manage and coordinate transmission-related activities for our solar projects The role involves ensuring smooth power evacuation liaising with state and central transmission utilities and supporting project development from grid connectivity to commissioning Key Responsibilities Coordinate with state national transmission utilities and regulatory authorities for transmission approvals Manage processes related to grid connectivity load flow studies and transmission line approvals Ensure timely execution of transmission agreements PPA PSA compliances and related documentation Monitor transmission project progress and support the technical team during implementation Conduct regular follow-ups with DISCOMs STUs CTU and relevant stakeholders Assist in resolving technical or regulatory challenges related to power evacuation Maintain records of all transmission approvals permits and correspondence Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems or related field 2-5 years of experience in transmission preferably in the renewable energy solar industry Strong knowledge of transmission regulations grid codes and power sector policies Good coordination and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools Excellent communication and documentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
