Job Title 3D Generalist Location Mumbai Department 3D department Reports To 3d Head Job Type Full-Time About Us Virtuz Vibes is a dynamic and creative creative studio specializing in animation and visual effects We are dedicated to delivering top-notch creative solutions to our clients and are looking for a talented 3D Generalist to join our team Job Summary We are seeking a skilled 3D Generalist to contribute to various aspects of the 3D production pipeline The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills in 3D modeling texturing rigging animation lighting and rendering You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to bring our projects to life Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling Create detailed and accurate 3D models based on concept art references or real-world objects Ensure models are optimized for efficiency and performance Texturing and Shading Develop and apply textures and shaders to 3D models to achieve the desired visual style and realism Maintain consistency in texturing across all assets Rigging and Animation Rig characters and objects for animation Animate characters creatures and objects to create believable and dynamic motion Lighting and Rendering Set up lighting rigs to enhance the mood and atmosphere of scenes Render high-quality images and animations for use in various media Collaborate with Team Work closely with other artists designers and developers to integrate 3D assets into projects Participate in team meetings and provide input on creative and technical decisions Problem Solving Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production Continuously seek ways to improve workflow and efficiency Stay Current Keep up-to-date with industry trends tools and technologies Experiment with new techniques and share knowledge with the team Documentation and Asset Management Maintain organized project files and documentation Ensure assets are stored and managed properly for easy access and reuse Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Animation Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role in a skilled setting Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya Blender 3ds Max or Cinema 4D Strong understanding of the 3D production pipeline Excellent artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and realism Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback Preferred Qualifications Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine Experience in visual effects VFX and compositing software like After Effects How to Apply Please submit your resume portfolio and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in joining Virtuz Vibes to career virtuzvibes in Virtuz Vibes is an equal-opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Preferred Modeling 3 years Preferred Texturing 3 years Preferred Lighting 3 years Preferred 3D animation 3 years Preferred Character animation 3 years Preferred Character model 3 years Preferred Character texture 3 years Preferred Rigging 3 years Preferred Render 3 years Preferred Blender 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
