Job Title Project Manager - Fire CCTV Networking OFC BMS Job Location Mumbai Experience Minimum 5 Years in managing Fire CCTV Networking OFC BMS projects Industry Construction Infrastructure IT ELV Systems We are seeking a skilled and agile Project Manager with a strong technical background in Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Surveillance Networking Infrastructure Optical Fiber Cabling OFC and Building Management Systems BMS Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ELV system projects including Fire CCTV BMS OFC and Networking from initiation to handover Plan and coordinate project activities schedules resources budgets and vendor management Vendor Deployment Management Conduct site assessments review technical drawings and provide inputs for BOQ preparation Monitor and control project progress ensuring adherence to safety compliance and quality standards Manage installation configuration testing and commissioning of integrated systems Act as the primary point of contact between clients consultants contractors and internal teams Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays Ensure all documentation reports and compliance certificates are properly prepared and archived Deliver regular progress updates and project status reports to senior management and clients Required Skills and Expertise Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Fire Detection Alarm Systems CCTV Surveillance Systems Structured Networking LAN WAN Optical Fiber Cabling splicing OTDR testing Building Management Systems BMS Project planning and resource management skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings layouts and schematics Familiarity with project management tools MS Project Excel AutoCAD basic Excellent problem-solving negotiation and leadership skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Application Question s Are you willing to relocate to Mumbai on company s accommodation Experience Fire Systems 2 years Required CCTV 2 years Required BMS 2 years Required OFC 2 years Preferred Networking 2 years Preferred Project management lifecycle 5 years Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
