About Us Aerodynamiks Academy founded in 2007 is a premier training institution in India specializing in Cabin Crew Hospitality and Tourism Management We are committed to providing top-tier education that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the aviation hospitality and tourism sectors Job Title Admission Counselor Location Andheri East Mumbai Working Days Monday to Friday 2nd and 4th Saturdays Week Off Sundays 1st and 3rd Saturday Experience Required 3 years experience preferred as Counselor Gender Both Male and Female candidates can apply Qualifications Graduate preferred Work Location In-person Purpose The Centre Accountant oversees financial management control and reporting for the institute The role of Centre Accountant is key to achieving improved performance and providing authorities with financial information to support good business decision-making Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning Control and Management Reporting Maintain the institute s accounting records fees ledger creditors ledger and nominal ledger accurately and in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures Provide the authorities with appropriate financial information advice and assistance to support the decision-making process In conjunction with the authorities prepare annual budgets and termly forecasts monitoring performance and reporting budget progress to budget holders Prepare full year forecast and termly management accounts including variance reports Attend termly Finance General Purposes committee and other governing meetings as required and deliver written reports In conjunction with the authorities control the treasury management function in order to ensure the most efficient and secure deployment of the institute s cash and minimise banking and interest charges In conjunction with the authorities advise on current and future financial issues and projects including feasibility appraisals preparation of business cases and funding options Accounts Payables Arrange for the accurate preparation and payment of all salaries wages and other deductions on time Advise the authorities on compliance with regulations Ensure that financial returns are complied with Ensure booking all other bills in systems and follow up with head office for payments Accounts Receivables Produce termly fee invoices and respond to invoice queries Receipt and reconciliation of fee payments Credit control including 1st and 2nd reminder letters all minor credit letters and management of late-payers spreadsheet Process student voucher receipts and respond to parent queries Prepare returns and arrange any payments to third parties collected through fees Banking Operations Prepare payments by cheques and manage records Conduct and agree monthly bank and control account reconciliations and account for petty cash Ensure the timely banking of cheques Maintain the fixed asset register Ensure the institute s relationship with third parties such as the Bank the accountants and auditors is responsive and qualified Advise and implement new financial initiatives as required Statutory Reporting Returns Audit Prepare the institute accounts for audit including statements of accounts and Balance Sheets in accordance with the recommended practice standards Manage the audit process ensuring that the auditors have the information in a timely and effective manner What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunity for professional growth within the company Convenient location just 2 minutes walk from Andheri railway station To apply please send your resume to hr admin aerodynamiks aero or contact us at (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
