Job Summary Placement Incharge - Hotel Management We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Incharge Faculty to manage and facilitate internship and job placement opportunities for students pursuing Hotel Management The ideal candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with at least supervisory-level industry experience in a category hotel A strong understanding of hospitality operations and good industry networking is essential Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality organizations for student placements internships jobs Make calls to alumni for Placement Co-ordination Manage Placement Groups of Students and Alumni Coordinate campus interviews industry visits and guest lectures Guide and mentor students on career planning resume writing interview preparation and soft skills Track placement progress and maintain placement records Liaise with faculty and the academic team to align student skills with industry needs Qualifications Graduate in Hotel Management mandatory Minimum of 3 years industry experience Strong interpersonal networking and communication skills Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends and recruitment practices Passion for student development and institutional growth We are seeking a dynamic individual who is committed to student success and can bridge the gap between education and employment in the hospitality sector Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 33 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kapashera New Delhi Recent Delhi - 110037 Delhi Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred Making lesson Plans 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
