Job Title Admission Counsellor Location Winmore Academy Jakkur snd whitefiled Department Admissions Reporting To Admissions Manager Principal Head of School Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process The role involves counseling building relationships and ensuring seamless enrollment in accordance with the institution s standards and policies Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for admission-related inquiries via phone email or in-person Counsel prospective parents students on curriculum school culture and the admission process Maintain follow-up communication with interested applicants to ensure conversions Organize and participate in school tours open houses admission fairs and orientation programs Process application forms verify documents and maintain accurate student records Coordinate entrance tests interviews and interaction schedules with academic teams Ensure timely communication of admission decisions and assist in enrollment formalities Maintain and update the admissions database CRM system Prepare periodic reports on inquiries follow-ups and conversions for management review Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and outreach Provide support during school events and parent engagement activities Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills Empathetic and persuasive attitude Robust organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in MS Office and admissions software CRM tools Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an educational institution in a similar role preferred Fluency in English knowledge of local languages is an advantage Working Hours Monday to Saturday specific hours as per school norms Flexibility to work on weekends during peak admission season Job Type Part-time Pay 28 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
