First Line of Defense risk management framework and related activities This role involves working collaboratively across the bank to identify assess monitor and mitigate operational risks Strategize architect Analyse design implement and contribute to engagements involving tools and processes associated with the prevention or management of fraud What are we looking for oBanking Financial Services oWork with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate manage and maintain risk issues risk events and remediation management governance activities within the bank s GRC database oAssist in gathering evidence for remediation submission and validation by the Second Line of Defense oSupport the development and tracking of Business Unit Risk Control related activities KRIs Key Risk Indicators and OKRs Objectives and Key Results oProduce weekly monthly materials for working groups and committee meetings oLead meetings regarding upcoming initiatives and or outstanding risk requirements oGenerate and distribute updates and reminders to stakeholders for various content needs oParticipate in working group meetings to enhance GRC tools data dashboards and the GRC user interface oImplement and drive improvements to the bank s risk control framework oAssist in the buildout and refinement of Tableau dashboards oSanctions Screening oExperience assisting with a continually evolving risk-based monitoring program with a focus on automation and scalability oPrevious experience working within a diverse environment with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders oProven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced high-volume workplace oPrior experience with RSA Archer GRC database is preferrable oExperience managing governance activities oProficiency in G-Suite applications oExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders oStrong process-related skills and attention to detail oOrganized and able to prioritize tasks effectively oProven analytical and problem-solving abilities oAbility to follow guidelines and identify and resolve problems proactively oWork Experience 4 years of experience in a Finance or Audit function ideally within a publicly held US traded company including Accounting Internal Audit and or Internal Controls or equivalent experience if employed in a non-US country Roles and Responsibilities oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions leveraging and where needed adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role
